What is EOS / Traction?

EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, based on the book Traction, is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. Implementing EOS will help you and your leadership team get better at three things:

  • Vision—getting everyone in your organization 100% on the same page with where you’re going, and how you plan to get there

  • Traction®—instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that everyone executes on that vision—every day

  • Healthy—helping your leaders become a more cohesive, functional, healthy leadership team.

What is Traction, Inc?

Traction, Inc. is the business run by Chris Hallberg out of Denver. Chris is a Professional EOS Implementer™ and is one of the most well-known EOS Implementers in the United States.

In early 2019, Chris and I formed an alliance whereas he specializes in larger, high-growth businesses and my expertise is working with emerging businesses, with generally less than $3 million in gross revenue. We also have different personalities and approaches so we can serve a range of clients, depending on what they need.

If your business is interested in using the EOS methodology, contact me. I can share more information and direct you to the right fit!

What is the EOS Process?

The EOS Process™ provides a proven way to put all the pieces together, incorporating each of the EOS Tools in the right order to best strengthen each key component of your business. The foundation is set over the course of one Focus Day and two Vision Building Days, offsite, with your full leadership team.

How long does it take?

If a company follows the proven process with an Implementer and does the work in-between sessions, they can typically graduate to running EOS on their own in about two years.

For companies that are already running EOS, I can conduct a Quarterly or Annual Planning session to relieve the Integrator and offer fresh perspectives.
