My own professional adventures have prepared me to lead the way. Over the last two decades, I’ve worked to shape my own firm, Guide Studio, into a million dollar+ success of  my own design. This experience, filled with twists and turns, has allowed me to hone business survival skills with a sharp focus on intentional growth and refine my ability to define creative, visionary solutions to business and personal challenges.

Along the way, I’ve picked up a few accreditations. I’m a tenured member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and a certified global trainer for the EO Accelerator program. The Accelerator program framework is based on content from Scaling Up / The Rockefeller Habits by Verne Harnish.

As an EOS® Implementer, I bring to the table both real world experience as a business owner and first-hand experience implementing EOS into my own organization. I intimately understand the challenges and rewards of both. And have built the templates so you don’t  have to.

As a coach and facilitator, I help business owners, teams and Forums do the hard work of  Personal Wayfinding: figuring out who they are, what they want, where they want to go, and how to get there.

*What’s a Wayward Entrepreneur?

I’M SO GLAD YOU ASKED!

Wayward entrepreneurs dance to their own DJ. We are willful, capricious rule-breakers and risk-takers. We are independent and visionary. We are different from the millions of people who don’t have the stones to start or run a company. We are ambitious and sometimes stubborn, in our quest to do it all and do it “our way.”

The target – the goal – means a lot to us. But sometimes, we lose sight of it. We become lost.

I have been lost many times on my entrepreneurial journey and frankly, those were some of my most painful times. More painful than losing a big account or being threatened with a lawsuit. More painful than a great recession and having to let people go. Being lost SUCKED.

It is our nature. Wayward Entrepreneurs are wacky, wiley, and wonderful. But can lose their way. It is my mission to help entrepreneurs get back on track!

My Manifesto

Life

My Purpose is to guide others to maximize the human experience, by design. Let me explain.

To me, it is a tremendous opportunity that we get to have these lives as human beings and I want to make sure I experience as  much range in the human emotion, capacity, and experience, as possible.

I believe that Life is an incredible opportunity and value the range of experiences we find in business satisfaction, a balanced family life, and personal exploration. My quest is to help others live life bravely and with intention to make the most of their journey. I believe everyone an has opportunity to create a Life Plan that enhances their ability to find happiness while sharing their gifts with the world.

We shouldn’t live life by default when we can chart the course of our own making.

Business

After a series of short-lived lemonade stands and magic shows, I started my first real business at age 25. Over the last two decades, I’ve worked to shape this firm, Guide Studio, into a million dollar+ success of my own design. This experience, filled with twists  and turns, honed my business survival skills  with a sharp focus on intentional growth  and refined my ability to define creative, visionary solutions to business and personal challenges.

Not only have I been in your shoes myself,  but I also train entrepreneurs around the U.S. to use smart tools that help them find their own success and sanity.

Your business should serve you, not the other way around. When you find alignment between life and work, you can reduce the  tension and achieve more fulfillment.
